This is a small site that presents apps. You are welcome to read it. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to accept.

What this site is

apps.larsgregori.de is a personal website run by Lars Gregori. It presents iOS apps written in his spare time and links to them on Apple’s App Store. It is not a shop and not a service: no accounts, no uploads, no user content, nothing to buy here.

The apps themselves

The apps are distributed by Apple through the App Store. Downloading, buying and refunding an app happens between you and Apple, under Apple’s terms, and each app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless the app states otherwise. These website terms do not govern your use of an app.

Content and trademarks

• The text, layout, screenshots and app artwork on this site belong to Lars Gregori. You may link to any page here freely, and quote a reasonable amount with attribution. Please don’t republish whole pages or app artwork as your own.
• Apple, App Store, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. The “Download on the App Store” badge is Apple’s artwork, used under Apple’s marketing guidelines.
• The typeface is Nunito, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Availability and accuracy

The site is offered as it is. Pages may be out of date, an app’s features may have changed since a page was written, and the site may be unreachable at times. Nothing here is advice, and nothing here is a binding promise about what an app does — the App Store listing and the app itself are what count.

Liability

Liability for damages arising from use of this website is excluded, except where the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence, where it results from injury to life, body or health, or where liability is mandatory under applicable law — in particular under the German Product Liability Act. This does not shift any burden of proof to your disadvantage.

Links to other sites

This site links to the App Store and occasionally elsewhere. Those sites are not ours; their content and their terms are their operators’ responsibility. Links were checked when they were added, but the web moves on.

Privacy

How this site handles data — short version: it doesn’t — is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.

Governing law

German law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
